2 shallots
? package sliced mushrooms
1 lb. ground turkey

1 tbsp. olive oil
4 slice Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. cream
? tsp. salt
? tsp. Pepper
Directions
Pulse shallots, quartered digital marketing, in food processor until chopped; put half in small bowl. To processor, add sliced mushrooms; pulse into bits.
Mix and form mushroom mixture, ground turkey, and 1/2 teaspoon salt into four patties. Cook in skillet, in olive oil, on medium-high 8 to 10 minutes or until 165 degrees F, flipping once. Transfer to plate. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese; keep warm.
Melt butter in skillet on medium. Add shallot and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook 30 seconds. Add beef broth; cook 5 minutes or until thickened Information Assessment. Add cream and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with burgers on buns.
